Ingredients:

  • 4 lionfish fillets
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 ½ tbsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp. oregano
  • 1 ½ tsp. onion powder
  • 1 ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ cup butter

Directions:

Mix together all dry ingredients. Pat onto fillets. Melt butter in a frying pan. Cook fish 2-3 minutes.
