For an inventive and unique dining experience, our extremely successful Farm to Table and Pop-Up event series are not to be missed.

We recognise chefs and restaurants that exemplify our ethos and support new ones who share our core principles. Our multi-course meals, which are locally sourced and globally prepared, feature the best of what has been harvested locally.

In addition to using local produce, cheeses, eggs and meat , we are committed to supporting local organic farms and regenerative agriculture by sourcing ingredients directly from The Organic Growers and Consumers Association.

A key aim of these events is also designed to encourage the island’s caterers, cooks, executive chefs and restaurateurs to experience first-hand what the local farming community has on offer.
