Preserving food traditions and biodiversity is important to us, by supporting the Organic Growers and Consumers Association (OGCA) through the food hub and our annual Buyers Guide we can do just this.

The OGCA saves their seeds and is creating a nursery for those plants to be grown, the food hub will further allow the whole sale distribution of our traditional food crops as well as those organic products that are in high demand in the market. We also encourage healthy traditional foods to be sold at the annual Multinational Fair by not allowing trans fats or imported products as well as require compostable containers to be used in order to preserve the biodiversity of our island through reduced need for landfill space.
