We recognise chefs and reaturants that exemplify our ethos and support new ones who share our core principles. Our multi-course meals, which are locally sourced and globally prepared, feature the best of what has been harvested locally.
In addition to using local produce, cheeses, eggs and meat, we are committed to supporting local organic farms and regenerative agriculture by sourcing ingredients directly from The Organic Growers and Consumners Association.
A key aim of these events is also designed to encourage the island's caterers, cooks, executive chefs and restauranteurs to experience first-hand what the local farming community has to offer.
