Farm to Table is an inventive and unique dining experience. Slow Food recognizes chefs and restaurants who exemplify our ethos and support new ones who share our core principles. Our Multi-course meals, which are locally sourced and globally prepared, feature the best of what has been harvested locally.
In addition to using produce, cheeses, eggs and meat locally, we are committed to supporting local organic farms and regenerative agriculture by sourcing ingredients directly from the Organic Growers and Consumers Association. A key aim of these dinners is to encourage the island's caterers, cooks and
executive chefs to experience first hand what the local farming community has to offer.
